*Reception costs are negotiated with the Women of the ELCA (W/ELCA) with all food provided by the wedding party.  If desire to use glass dishes for everyone, the cost is $0.50 per plate for anticipated guests to be paid in advance.  The W/ELCA women will make coffee, punch (recipe & ingredients supplied), and put food on trays.  All other workers in dining area are to be provided by the wedding party: minimum of 6 in kitchen and 4 servers (100-200 at reception).  All other food should be prepared ahead of time by the family/caterer.  Leftover food should be taken from the church as soon as possible after serving so workers can clean up.  (A member of Immanuel needs to be present in the kitchen during the reception and clean-up.)

  • $50 Rehearsal (non-members)

***Pre-marriage workbook fee is due at the first session with the pastor; other costs are due before the rehearsal/wedding.
